1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting BlueHex to a Discord server or using any of its commands or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the bot from your server.
2. Use of the Service
BlueHex is provided as-is for use within Discord servers. You agree not to:
- Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot
- Use the bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Raid, spam, or otherwise abuse other servers using BlueHex features
3. Premium & Payments
Premium features are available for $2/month. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Premium access is tied to your server, not your user account, and is subject to the limits listed on our Premium page.
4. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. BlueHex may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without notice.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to BlueHex for any server or user at any time, particularly in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
BlueHex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot, including data loss, server disruption, or moderation actions taken by the bot.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BlueHex after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
