1. Overview
BlueHex is a Discord bot. To function, it stores certain data about the servers and users that interact with it. This policy explains what we store, why, and how you can request removal.
2. What We Collect
- Server IDs and channel IDs — to store configuration for your server
- User IDs — for features like levels, economy, reputation, and moderation history
- Role IDs — for self-role panels and autorole features
- Message content — only when required by a feature you enable (e.g., autoreply triggers, automod keyword checks, ticket transcripts)
- Ticket transcripts — stored temporarily when a ticket is closed and a transcript is generated
3. What We Don't Collect
We do not collect message content from channels where no BlueHex feature requires it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.
4. How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively to operate and improve BlueHex features — for example, remembering your server's prefix, tracking XP, or storing a panel configuration.
5. Data Retention
Configuration data is retained for as long as BlueHex is in your server. If you remove the bot, you may request deletion of your server's data via our support server.
6. Security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to the BlueHex team. We take reasonable measures to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
7. Children
BlueHex is not intended for users under the age of 13, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as BlueHex evolves. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
